Here is how you can claim your prize, depending on how much you won.
Anything up to £500 is paid directly into your National Lottery account if you played online. If you bought your ticket in a store, you can claim it from National Lottery retailers.
For anything between £500.01 and £30,000, you will have to go to ‘My Games’, enter your password and confirm the card that is linked to your National Lottery account.
If you are a retail player, you must claim prizes worth £500.01 to £50,000 online. You will need to have your ticket to hand.
Prizes over £50,000 must be claimed in person, and so winners must call the National Lottery on 0333 234 44 33 to register the win. A date and time will then be arranged for you to pick up your prize.
Online players who won a Free Lotto Lucky Dip will automatically be entered into the next Lotto draw, while those who played at a retailer will need to take the winning ticket and choose between entering the next Wednesday or Saturday draw.
