Danny Rohl has dismissed conspiracy theories about Rangers’ post-split fixtures – admitting the final run-in was what he expected from the SPFL.
The Premiership is set for an epic conclusion with just three points separating table-topping Hearts, Rangers and Celtic with just six games left.

Before bosses revealed the last five games, there were already some guaranteed fixtures for the top three – including both Rangers and Hearts travelling to Glasgow’s east end to face the champions.
The SPFL have rubber-stamped those calls with Derek McInnes’ men set to break a long-standing tradition to visit Celtic Park on the last day of the season.
Ibrox hero Ally McCoist lead the wild claims about the fixture card – boldly claiming the Hoops fixtures shows they are “running” Scottish football.
But asked about the “debate” around the league bosses decisions, Rohl told Sky Sports that the announcement did not throw up surprises for him – insisting it made “no sense” to look too far into the future. He said: “In general, it’s an exciting one. We knew before which opponents we had to face, it was just about when.
“First we have to take on Falkirk away, it’s a difficult one, then Motherwell then a big game against Hearts then Celtic.
“I think it makes no sense to look too far ahead. It’s game by game, and if we do our job we have a good chance.”

And despite facing both of their title rivals on the road, the German gaffer told cynics the tough away days could be an “advantage” for Rangers.
He added: “It could also be a great advantage for us. If we start really well and take all the points until the Celtic game maybe we are top of the table, but we have to work hard. It won’t be easy.
“There will be some exciting results, you have some teams that play with freedom and have nothing to lose and I think that is a big advantage for them. But we are prepared for this and looking forward.”
