On the second day the Grand National Festival horse race at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool, Princess Anne’s granddaughter Mia Tindall made a rare appearance, joining her parents Zara and Mike Tindall for the day. Mia, 12, wore a pinstripe blue suit for the occasion, and accessorized with a blue headband from Camilla Rose Millinery and silver loafers.

Like her daughter, Zara too wore a suit—choosing a blush pink number from Me+Em. She paired it with a Camilla Rose bespoke hat, and carried a Strathberry metallic crossbody bag.

The Tindalls did not join the rest of the royal family in Windsor for Easter last weekend; Mia’s last public appearance was on New Year’s Day, when she and her younger sister Lena were spotted with their cousins Savannah and Isla Phillips cheering at New Year’s Day Racing Meet at Cheltenham Racecourse.
According to her dad, Mike, Mia loves horse riding with her cousins Savannah and Isla. “I love that they have the opportunity of working with animals, being outside, all the traditions that you learn with treating an animal—looking after your stuff, looking after the animals and learning good balance, all those skills you learn—but I think Mia will probably want to do her own thing anyway,” he said back in 2020.

The Tindall family were with the royals on Christmas, however, and Mia was spotted alongside her cousin Princess Charlotte exiting the service at the Church of St Mary Magdalene at Sandringham.

Mia, like other schoolchildren in the UK, is likely on her Easter holiday break at the moment.
