A private healthcare group in Northern Ireland is planning new locations after a £4.5 million investment.
The Duality Healthcare Group, which currently has clinics in Newry, Ballymena and Omagh, said the investment will accelerate the launch of new clinics, expand healthcare services, and create up to 80 new jobs in clinical, digital and operational roles across Northern Ireland.
Duality Healthcare was founded in 2023 by Dr. Declan Morgan and John McEvoy, with the group combining in-person clinics with province-wide virtual care to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.

The company’s mission is to make private primary care affordable and accessible to all, with enhanced clinical services and modern digital solutions.
Duality operates seven days a week, offering medical care that is equivalent to NHS GP services with added benefits such as GP access within 24 hours, and same-day urgent care. They have further clinics already earmarked to open in 2025 and 2026.
