The two birds, affectionately known as Mr and Mrs P by the community returned to the turret in late February, with the popular annual livestream launching shortly after.
However, the webcam was turned off on Monday (April 13).
In a Facebook post, a spokesperson for Peregrine Falcons in Worcester said: “The livestream has been turned off; it has been evident for a few weeks the box is not going to be used this year.
“Both are still around the city frequently spotted on their usual perches, photo is Mr P today on the spire top window perch keeping an eye on the gulls.”
Last year, three peregrine falcon chicks hatched but died within weeks, with two of them found to have ingested poison following a post-mortem.
