Charli xcx is working on a new rock-focused album.
The UK artist broke the news in an interiew with British Vogue yesterday, April 16th, where she claimed “the dance floor is dead,” prompting a move toward guitar-led production with minimal Auto-Tune. The as-yet-untitled project has been recorded in Paris and features contributions from longtime collaborators A. G. Cook and Finn Keane.
The album follows 2024 chart-topper BRAT. She also scored Wuthering Heights and starred in her own mockumentary, The Moment.
