Apple fans can beat the tech giant’s hefty price tags with a rival retailer offering an Apple Watch for less than £1.50 per day. The bargain is available when customers purchase an Apple Watch Series 8 from musicMagpie.
Apple and Amazon are charging £209 and £177.89 respectively for this model, but musicMagpie shoppers can secure it for roughly £1.45 per day. This reduced rate is available when splitting the cost across three monthly instalments of £44.99.
This pricing applies to the 45mm GPS model in Midnight Aluminium, which can also be bought outright for £134.99. An important factor to note is that the Apple Watch Series 8 is a refurbished device in ‘good’ condition.
This means the device may display ‘signs of wear and tear’, but musicMagpie assures it has been ‘fully tested’ and remains in ‘great working order’. There is also the choice to choose a ‘pristine’ model for £59.99 per month.
Regardless of the condition, musicMagpie provides a complimentary 12-month warranty covering ‘technical defects’ and ‘faults caused by improper workmanship or materials’. The Apple Watch Series 8 debuted in 2022 as the eighth generation of the brand’s smartwatch collection, reports the Daily Record.
It represents an excellent cost-effective device for monitoring one’s wellbeing owing to its health and fitness capabilities. These encompass tracking of heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and steps, alongside workouts such as running, swimming and yoga.

The Apple Watch Series 8 is a comparable age to its Samsung counterpart, the Galaxy Watch 5. This can be purchased refurbished at Amazon for £70, down from £89.95.
