Coronation Street spoilers have revealed what unfolds next week following this week’s deadly whodunnit.

In episodes broadcasting this week, the popular ITV soap will deliver a dramatic whodunnit, with next week’s spoilers disclosing that viewers will be taken back to the day of the murder, where each victim’s final hours before the tragic events will be exposed.

Coronation Street has already confirmed the identities of the five potential murder victims – Megan Walsh, Theo Silverton, Maggie Driscoll, Jodie Ramsey and Carl Webster.

Next week’s spoilers reveal that the cobbles will return to Carla Connor and Lisa Swain’s wedding, with the opening four episodes commencing at the point when the two brides reach Underworld for the reception. Each return to the cobbles follows the potential final day in the life of one of the prospective murder victims.

Concluding the week, Friday’s episode will bring all the drama together, ending with fireworks lighting up the night sky to celebrate Swarla’s union, alongside Betsy’s disturbing discovery of a body belonging to one of Weatherfield’s residents. In forthcoming spoilers, Todd Grimshaw is shocked when Theo appears at the shop flat with his packed suitcase for Thailand. Thankfully, George Shuttleworth arrives in the nick of time and the pair succeed in overpowering Theo and escaping from the flat.

Shortly after, Todd and George report Theo to DC Kit Green, yet he is nowhere to be found at the flat. Desperate to escape, Todd jumps in a cab bound for the airport, only to discover he’s left his phone behind, forcing him to turn back and retrieve it.

As he heads back along the street, however, he comes face-to-face with Theo, who is clutching the phone. Just how far will Todd go to break free from the clutches of the menacing Theo once and for all?

Debbie Webster informs Ronnie Bailey and Kevin Webster that she paid Carl to leave. However, Carl attempts to tie up loose ends before vanishing and succeeds only in causing further trouble, managing to antagonise Abi Webster, Tyrone Dobbs, Theo and Kevin.

Furious following a text from Kevin, Carl secretly tampers with the brakes on Kevin’s car in the garage. Will he be caught out, and what will be the fallout from his latest act of spite?

Jodie is getting ready to leave Weatherfield, but when she hears Shona Platt screaming she rushes outside to find her sister being confronted by two men. Realising immediately that they have come for her, she decides to hand over the hard drive.

Moved by her distress, Shona urges her to stay, but when Jodie uncovers evidence proving Shona lied about never receiving her letter, she becomes hell bent on revenge.

Unfortunately, David Platt becomes caught in the crossfire as she takes a drastic step to attempt to destroy their marriage. Subsequently, finding herself homeless, Jodie hurries away into the darkness, oblivious to the fact someone is observing her.

At the precinct, Jodie settles herself on the swings, annoyed with herself for ruining everything. When somebody approaches, she’s startled – has her past or recent conduct finally caught up with her?

Eva Price, Leanne Battersby and Toyah Battersby march Megan into the salon flat and attempt to compel her to admit her wrongdoings, but she declines and provokes them, leading to another altercation. Throughout the confrontation, Megan ends up receiving a punch to the nose.

Subsequently, Megan acts the victim to attempt to gain compassion from Daniel Osbourne but he isn’t buying it. Following being ejected into the ginnel, she overhears Maggie and Melanie conversing and captures some damaging details about Maggie’s husband’s death on her mobile.

Upon realising she was recorded, Maggie hunts her down and challenges Megan about the recording but when Megan discloses a secret of her own Maggie loses control. Will the conflict between the pair result in one of them plummeting to their death?

Friday will see all the storylines converge as Todd engages in a perilous game of cat-and-mouse to outwit a vengeful Theo, where poor old Summer Spellman finds herself caught in the crossrun with terrifying consequences.

Meanwhile, Megan’s web of deception starts to fall apart as a devastating revelation emerges. Elsewhere, Sarah Platt finds herself caught up in a vicious home invasion while Ronnie decides to take action himself.

The spoiler adds that the “community is left reeling”, continuing: “With a trail of blood leaving several lives hanging in the balance and a discovery made by Betsy that will change the Street forever – who didn’t make it out alive?”
