Lyft, Inc. (NasdaqGS:LYFT) agreed to acquire United Kingdom Business of Gett, Inc on April 23, 2026. With the transaction, Lyft is expanding its coverage of London’s full ground transport ecosystem. The acquisition will not impact Q1 2026 results and will have an immaterial impact to Q2 2026.
