Last month, it was reported by Bloomberg that NetEase had made the decision to stop funding Gang of Dragon. The game was only revealed at the end of last year, but reports claim another ¥7 billion (~$44 million) is needed to finish development. This was apparently one reason why NetEase has decided to walk away from the project.
This is the first update and sign of life — or, rather, a lack of it — since then, leading to concern the game will never make it to release.
