Dressy sandals may not be the first type of footwear that springs to mind when fashion fans think of Skechers, but now Amazon shoppers have been raving about a pair of ‘glamorous’ sandals from the brand that some say are ‘more comfortable than Clarks.’ The Skechers Women’s Beverlee Date Glam Wedge Sandal is available in a variety of sizes at Amazon, with prices starting from £37.65.
Featuring a cushioned and contoured comfort footbed with Luxe Foam, the shoes also boast a sling back design with delicate rhinestone detailing. The design is also easy to slip on, making them both a practical yet pretty option for summer events, from BBQs to weddings.
If Skechers’ offering doesn’t suit, then those in the market for new holiday or special occasion shoes may wish to check out the Fitflop TWISS Crystal Toe-Post Sandals which are now half price in black, reduced from £100 to £55. They’re also available in a silver design which has been cut in price from £110 to £65.

Over at Next, and the Pink Leather Forever Comfort® Toe Thong Embellished Sandals cost £29 and have been rated highly by the high street retailer’s shoppers. Also available in a gold colourway, they’ve been hailed ‘pretty and comfortable’ by wearers.
Back at Amazon, and the retailer also has another Skechers style on sale. The Skechers Women’s Bobs Sun Ray Sandal is now reduced in a UK size 7 to £51, down from its usual price of £64. Other sizes are currently available and prices vary depending on the option selected.
Meanwhile, reviewers have had plenty of praise for the Skechers Women’s Beverlee Date Glam Wedge Sandal. One said: “These sandals are so beautiful you can wear them to weddings!”
