A photographer has spent more than a decade documenting the landscape around Burton-upon-Trent from the skies.
Jakub Pyrdek has been using a drone to take pictures of the town, sometimes getting up as early as 04:00 to capture the sunrise over various landmarks.
It is part of his project Burton-upon-Trent: Between Nature and Industry, aimed at detailing the area’s varied scenes and its history.
“Burton is a town where you have industrial elements like silos and stainless steel pipes, which contrast with Victorian buildings,” Pyrdek said.
