The public, students, and staff are invited to celebrate International Clinical Trials Day.
Running from 1am to 3.30pm on Wednesday, May 20, the event features tea, cake, and a tour of the facility.
It offers a chance to meet the local research community and learn more about student placements, careers in research, and research opportunities for healthcare professionals.
The facility, established in 2011, focuses on improving mental and cognitive health treatments through clinical research.
Angela Conlan, Public and Patient Involvement, Engagement, and Participation Lead, said the event aims to make research ‘more visible and approachable’.
Professor Andrea Cipriani, Oxford Health Clinical Research Facility Director, said: “Events such as these are a great way to show the ‘behind the scenes’ work that our OH CRF staff carry out.”
