It may resemble an Apple Watch and have features similar to a Samsung Galaxy Watch, but this is actually amongst the newest wearables from Chinese firm Huawei. Once fastened to your wrist, the Fit 4 delivers everything you’d anticipate but at a more affordable price point than its competitors. It monitors daily activity levels, displays calories burned during workouts, tracks sleeping patterns and checks heart rate. It also includes a built-in barometer capable of warning users about sudden changes in the weather.
Additional handy features include fall detection technology, which can send alerts should owners experience a fall. It’s water resistant, boasts a 1.82-inch bright display and can even run for up to 10 days between charges.
The final advantage of the Huawei Fit 4 is that it’s fully compatible with both iPhone and Android devices, meaning it functions with any smartphone. That’s not something that users of the Apple Watch get, as these popular devices are very much tied to the iOS ecosystem.

Argos is amongst the retailers offering this £99.99 promotion, with the online shop confirming it’s ‘popular’ and ‘in demand’. Shoppers browsing Amazon will discover an even cheaper deal with the watch available for £99, reports the Express.

While we haven’t personally put the Huawei Fit 4 through its paces, the firm has a good record with wearables.
If you’d prefer to stay loyal to Apple or Samsung’s Galaxy Watch range, there are some deals to be found. Argos is currently offering the original Galaxy Watch Ultra for £299, which the retailer describes as the store’s ‘lowest ever’ price.
The device boasts an extended battery life, a robust design and additional features including a built-in alarm.
Meanwhile, Amazon is offering a small reduction on the Watch Ultra 3, now priced at £720 down from the usual £749.
This wearable comes equipped with an Action Button, a titanium case, an alarm and improved GPS functionality.
