Oasis are reportedly in secret negotiations to headline up to five concerts in Scotland next summer.
Sources have told the Sunday Mail that the gigs could be scheduled for the end of the 2027 football season, with Celtic Park emerging as a potential venue.
The Gallagher brothers are said to be plotting a tour on the back of their hugely successful 2025 reunion shows, which included three sold-out dates at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh, drawing in 210,000 fans.
A source said: “Nothing has been finalised and it is early days but the Gallagher brothers are very keen to tour in 2027 and a return to Scotland would be a no brainer if a deal can be done.
“There has been talk of new songs and the 2025 gigs were a massive success globally so who wouldn’t want to continue.”

“Playing Murrayfield again could be a possibility, and Hampden Park is also in contention, but Liam and Noel are big Celtic fans and they would love to play Celtic Park.
“Their mum Peggy was born in Ireland and is a huge Celtic supporter, so if a deal could be done to play Parkhead, they would be delighted.
“Things are at an early stage but there would be the potential for stadiums to be free towards the end of May.”
Celtic Park previously welcomed U2, Prince and Bryan Adams in the nineties, with The Who even taking to the stage at the ground back in 1976.
Oasis appeared to confirm in April that they will perform shows in 2027, including a date in the Italian capital When quizzed by a fan about whether the band would play Rome, Liam replied: “without a doubt”. The news comes months after Rome City Councillor Alessandro Onorato, who oversees major events, let slip that “negotiations are underway”.
Last year, Oasis bypassed Europe entirely, limiting their performances to the UK, Ireland, America, Asia and Australia.
However, strong rumours suggest the band are set to announce a series of massive shows across global venues in 2027, with Liam cryptically hinting to fans that news will arrive “soon”.
Among the anticipated dates is a performance at Knebworth Park in Hertfordshire, which would mark the 30th anniversary of their legendary 1996 concerts.
