A Devon-based haulage company has fallen into administration, according to details on The London Gazette.
MJ Haulage Limited, a freight transport company located in Crediton, appointed administrators on Tuesday, May 5.
The notice appeared in the London Gazette in the early hours of this morning (May 11), reports The Express.
Companies House says MJ Haulage Limited, based at Yard Commercial Road Business Park on Lords Meadow Trading Estate, was incorporated in August 2024.
It adds the company has ‘accounts overdue’.
According to the London Gazette, Andreas Arakapiotis and Brett Lee Barton have been appointed as joint administrators over the business.
Administrators are qualified practitioners who take over control of the day-to-day running of a company from the original directors.
At this time, there is no indication on what the announcement may mean for staff.
