Halifax’s Kristel Herrera will appear in the Britain’s Got Talent live semi-final this Saturday, aiming to secure a place in the final and a shot at the £250,000 top prize.
If she makes it through, she will also win the chance to perform at the prestigious Royal Variety Performance.
Kristel will perform on stage in front of judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and new judge KSI.
She is in the running for the public vote as well as the coveted golden buzzer, awarded by the judges or hosts Ant and Dec, which guarantees an automatic spot in the final.
The competition is tight, with only two acts progressing each week.
