Led by John Parker, The Last of the Old Masters will examine how Goya pioneered a style of unflinching realism, reflecting the political unrest and social upheaval of his time.
Guests are asked to arrive from 10.15am to enjoy refreshments before the talk begins at 10.30am. The session will run for approximately one hour, with an opportunity for questions at the end.
Tickets are £5 and can be purchased online via TicketTailor or in person at the Manor House box office. Limited tickets may also be available on the door.
Talks are usually held on the ground floor. However, if attendance requires use of an upstairs room, access is via an 18-step staircase with no lift. Visitors are advised to contact the venue in advance with any access requirements.
