Recorded via a CCTV camera on the Cinder Track at the junction of Hampshire Avenue in the town, the incident is to have taken place just after 10 pm on Sunday, May 17.

“The local foxes, maybe upset at not being invited to the party, had a bit of a feast spreading the rubbish around and possibly inviting some ratty friends to partake of the goodies as well.”
“We think they are local because they walked to dump their rubbish in a public space.”
