Fans of Coronation Street think they know what’s really going on with Sarah Platt after some strange behaviour.
The character has been struggling, it seems, since an attack a few weeks ago. Sarah has no idea the person who attacked her was Jodie Ramsey, and so the police have told her they are no closer to finding out who is to blame.
Since this happened, she’s been lashing out, snapping at her colleagues, and she appears to be quite shaken. It’s understandable, but it’s causing concern as her colleagues want to help her, but she’s claiming she’s fine.
She’s not fine in the slightest, and this week her boss Carla Connor urged her to take some time off. With Sarah getting drunk to cover up her problems, it got fans thinking about what’s going on with her.

While some fans believe she could be experiencing trauma from the attack, others have wondered if it could be a head injury. The key theory though is that her odd behaviour has nothing to do with the attack.
Fans are wondering if she is hiding something, and was caught up in something the night of Theo Silverton’s murder. A theory is that she may have had a fling with her ex Gary Windass and now she’s feeling guilty.
Another theory is that she knows something about Theo’s demise, perhaps who killed him. So did she see something that night, and is her secret behind her ongoing spiral?
A fan said: “I get the feeling Sarah either killed Theo or knows who did.” Another agreed: “What is going on with Sarah? The way she is acting isn’t all down to the bang on the head.

“Does she know more about Theo’s death than she’s letting on.” A third added of Theo’s potential killer: “I’m certain it’s Sam and maybe Sarah saw something, which is why she’s acting out, because she doesn’t want her nephew in trouble.”
Others wondered if Sarah herself killed Theo. As for other theories, a fan said: “Sarah is now stating to make mistakes at work, I think to a possible undiagnosed head injury.”
Another added: “Sarah is clearly suffering PTSD from her attack.” Sarah’s concerning behaviour is set to continue this week and beyond, but will she confide in someone about what’s going on?
