Andoni Iraola will be Liverpool’s first choice to replace Arne Slot, should a managerial change be made at Liverpool, according to FootMercato.
There has been some talk over Slot’s future over the last few weeks, given the disappointing nature of Liverpool’s title defence.
Iraola will leave Bournemouth at the end of the season, having led the club to European qualification for the first time in their history.
The report says that Liverpool appreciates Iraola’s attacking style of play, with the manager ‘ticking all the boxes’.
