Castleford Tigers and St Helens have both made changes for this afternoon’s Super League clash with the headline for Saints being that young gun centre Harry Robertson has missed out, replaced by Mark Percival.
The Tigers are tasked with doing something that they’ve not done all year and that is backing up a win with another impressive performance, with Castleford already having offered a number of false dawns.
They showed grit to defeat York Knights last week but the win came at a cost with George Hirst handed a two-match ban, so he’s one of those to drop out.
As for St Helens, they’re aiming to extend their lead atop Super League and also put in an improved performance on their uncomfortable win over Huddersfield Giants. Leading 24-0 at the break, Paul Rowley’s side only ended up 26-18 winners and they too have made changes for today’s clash.
