The 25 metre facility is being built as part of an expansion at Fakenham Sports and Fitness Centre.
Once open, it will mark the first time in 10 years that swimming will be available in the town.
New footage by North Norfolk District Council showed the latest progress on the pool structure.
The changing rooms and toilets at the facility are also taking shape, with work under way on tiling and ducting.
Everyone Active, operators of the centre, said the pool was “a long-awaited return of swimming amenity” in Fakenham.

It will replace the pavilion previously used by Little Angels Pre-School before its move to the town’s rugby club.
A revamp of the fitness facilities is also expected, with exercise studios and a 50-station gym earmarked.
The project will cost around £11m, with most of the funding coming from government grants, including the Levelling Up Fund.
Work on the site is due to be completed by December 2026.
