Warwickshire Bears all-rounder Beau Webster believes his side can reach the T20 Blast knockout stages despite losing their first four matches.

Webster hit his highest T20 Blast score of 97 as Warwickshire posted a season-high 207-8 at Edgbaston on Sunday, but Northamptonshire chased it down with four wickets in hand.

The Bears also failed to defend 189 in their previous home match as Somerset eased home by seven wickets.

However, on the road, it is the batters who have struggled.

They were bowled out for 79 chasing just 122 against Gloucestershire on opening night and were then skittled for 141 in Friday’s derby defeat by Worcestershire.

“It just feels that we can’t put a full game together whether we’re good with the bat and then poor with the ball or vice versa,” Webster told BBC WM.

“At the moment it just feels that we’re chasing that complete game.”
