People in the area of the incident are saying that one side of Harvey Road has been reopened.
The other side where the collision took place remains closed, they say.
We have not had confirmation from this from any of the traffic informations sites or the police yet.
But in an update earlier, police have said that the closure was from Coleman Street through to the Blue Peter Island, which is further than originally stated.
