If you are looking to travel onward from Chester, your ticket can be used on alternative Transport for Wales services, along with the below (at no extra cost) until 3pm:

If you decide to travel from a different station due to this disruption and need to return to that station later, you will also be able to use your existing ticket to do this at no extra cost.
Transport for Wales have limited road transport running between Chester and Llandudno Junction provided by Pat’s Coaches and Llew Jones to help you complete your journey, at no extra cost. These arrangements are in place until 3pm today.
Road transport will take longer than rail services. Please allow extra time to complete your journey.
