The British pair fought in an epic earlier this year, which saw Williamson put on a staggering display to drop his rival four times and force a stoppage victory.
Simpson was stunned and the 34-year-old Williamson captured the British, Commonwealth and European super-middleweight titles.
The next event will land on DAZN on August 8 from Leeds, the first event provided on BOXXER to be broadcast on the platform.
BOXXER’s last event was shown for viewers on the BBC, who broadcast Adam Azim’s recent win over Steve Claggett.

DAZN’s deal will work alongside their existing free-to-air partnership with the BBC.
Shalom’s reaction to first DAZN event
On the deal and fight, Shalom said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with DAZN, the global home of boxing, to showcase this event to a worldwide audience.
“Leeds will provide an incredible atmosphere on August 8, and we’re excited to build on this momentum with more major events on DAZN, including a huge BOXXER Pay-Per-View event later this year.
“Troy Williamson vs Callum Simpson II is one of British boxing’s most eagerly anticipated rematches.
“Williamson tore up the script and sent shockwaves through the super-middleweight division when he knocked out Simpson in front of his home fans in December.
“Now, Simpson is out for revenge and has the opportunity to put things right and prove he belongs at world level.”

The promotion is to now sit alongside domestic rivals Queensberry Promotions, Matchroom Boxing and MF Pro.
The broadcaster has now brought together the vast majority of the major promoters, with Top Rank and Golden Boy also on the streaming service stateside in the US.
Alfie Sherman, VP Marketing for DAZN added: “Troy Williamson vs Callum Simpson II is a must-see rematch with the first fight capturing the drama and intensity of British boxing at its best.
“We’re excited to kick off this run of events on August 8 and to build even more momentum with a major BOXXER Pay-Per-View event later in the year.”
As part of the deal, DAZN will broadcast a pay-per-view major event staged by BOXXER in the back end of 2026.
It could well be the comeback of Chris Eubank Jr who is in advanced talks to face Michael Zerafa on Australian soil.
But Eubank Jr publicly suggested he was no longer under contract with BOXXER and was a promotional free agent.
