Reigning WBC minimumweight champion Yokasta Valle is the latest female standout to join Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions.
Costa Rica’s Valle (33-3, 10 KO) has claimed titles at 102, 105, and 108, including a lengthy unified reign at minimumweight. Though she fell short in a competitive showdown with Seniesa Estrada in their 2024 undisputed title bout, she re-asserted her status as one of the best in the game by reclaiming the WBC title upon Estrada’s retirement before moving up two weight classes to beat an oversized Marlen Esparza this past March.
With Estrada’s exit, Valle is quite clearly the top dog at 105 and could likely hold her own against the best at 108. MVP hasn’t been shy about putting together unification bouts, so hopefully we see Valle in tough before long.
