We’re proud to announce that Skyscanner has been recognised in The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality, for the second year running.
Published by Business in the Community (BITC), The King’s Responsible Business Network, the list celebrates organisations that are demonstrating a commitment to advancing gender equality through meaningful action.
This recognition reflects the progress we’ve made in creating a more inclusive workplace and our belief that diverse teams drive better outcomes for our people, our travellers and our business.
Over the past year we’ve continued to build on our approach to gender inclusion through our updated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy. Alongside new ambitious representation targets, we’ve identified the need to further focus on engineering talent, enhanced support for parents and carers, expanded our work on gender health and menopause support, and continued our commitment to pay transparency.
While we’re proud of this recognition, we know that creating equitable workplaces requires ongoing effort. That’s why we’re committed to continually reviewing, improving and evolving our policies, practices, and culture.
We’re grateful to our colleagues, leaders and employee networks whose passion and commitment help make Skyscanner a place where people can belong, grow and thrive.
As we look ahead, we’ll continue working towards a more inclusive future for everyone.
