Garner was crowned WBC interim super-featherweight champion at St Mary’s on Saturday evening, beating Michael Magnesi by unanimous decision.
The 28 year old from Southampton should be elevated to full world champion status if the current WBC title holder O’Shaquie Foster vacates his belt.
Foster has been angling for a legacy-defining fight against the WBO super-lightweight world champion, Shakur Stevenson.
The Texas native, who recently defended his WBC strap against Stevenson’s gym-mate Raymond Ford, could vacate his title to chase that bout.
That would open the door for ‘The Piranha’ to face Belfast’s Cacace, who wants to unify the division and congratulated Garner on social media, in a domestic blockbuster.
“There are various options. There are a couple of guys, and we will be talking to them. There is a massive domestic fight with Cacace,” Warren explained.

“Both he and Ryan have similar backgrounds in how they turned their careers around after maybe not giving enough dedication to parts of their careers.
“And they are two lovely fellas. That would be an unbelievable fight.”
Asked outright whether he thought Foster could vacate his super-featherweight title, Warren told the BBC: “I expect Ryan to fight for the world title or become world champion.
“He has the ability to do that. We will see how it happens. It’s exciting times for Ryan, exciting times for Southampton and British boxing.”
Ticket sales for Southampton’s first major boxing event were around 13,000, with the Saints’ Spygate scandal and lack of Premier League promotion affecting the figure.
But Warren is determined to bring another event to Southampton, and has held positive talks with Saints CEO Phil Parsons about the possibility of doing so.

The Southampton scene also boasts rising names Royston Barney-Smith and Taylor Bevan, signed to Matchroom Boxing, alongside new WBA international champ Lewie Edmondson.
“It has become alive down here. There are some great opportunities down here,” Warren continued when asked if Queensberry would be back.
“That’s what we do at Queensberry, we are promoters. We build the audience, and that’s what has happened. Next time, it will be a bigger crowd.”
On the bout between Garner and Magnesi, Warren added: “I thought the fight was unbelievable. There were two gladiators in there, and it takes two to make a fight like that.
“They gave everything. As soon as that bell went, they were down on it, letting their shots go. For those first three rounds, they could have had them in a phone box.
“In the third round, there was a moment when they didn’t move from that one position up against the ropes. They stood there, letting their shots go.
“I didn’t expect it to go 12 rounds when they were fighting like that, at that pace. The commitment level [was amazing].”
