Victoria Square sealed off LIVE as teen fights for life after stabbing

The police cordon covers a huge section of Victoria Square, including the steps, the fountain and the very edges of New Street. Two police officers are stood guarding the scenes. An object within the cordon is hidden under a brown bag. Brummie Fiona, passing the scene on her way to work, told BirminghamLive that she feels like crime is “out of control”.
