Danielle, 43, Martin, 54, Jack, 27, and Thomas Clews, 31, came from the West Midlands.
Jack said: “I love how down to earth they all are and the music as well obviously. You can hear the passion in the way they play the music. I’ve been a massive fan of Dave since he’s been in nirvana.”
Martin said: “The catalogue of music they’ve got and the way they can interchangeably play the instruments is so impressive. They really try and connect with the fans as well and not many bands do that anymore.”
Jack added: “With the songs they play there’s always a story there and you can tell how passionate they are.”
This is Jack’s first time seeing them and Martin’s second. The family is most excited about tonight because it is the first concert all of them are attending together. Martin, Jack and Thomas are also going to see Metallica tomorrow in Cardiff together.
