Police have sealed off a popular Glasgow park after a teenage girl was reportedly raped.
Officers are currently at the scene in Springburn Park following the incident at 9.10pm on Friday, June 26.
It is understood that police remain at the scene. Anyone with information is urged to contact officers.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Enquiries are ongoing after we received a report of the serious sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl in the Springburn Park area of Glasgow around 9.10pm on Friday, June 26, 2026.
“Officers remain in attendance while enquiries are carried out, and anyone with concerns or information can approach them or call 101, quoting incident number 3845 of 26 June.”
