Driver caught speeding at 79mph in Kings Way in Hemsby

The driver was stopped by the Norfolk and Suffolk Roads and Armed Policing Team (NSRAPT) in Kings Way, Hemsby, on Sunday evening.

They were clocked travelling at 79mph and were reported for speeding as a result.

A spokesman for NSRAPT said: “The team were out conducting fatal four checks in rural villages.

“This driver thought it would be acceptable to travel through Hemsby at more than twice the speed limit.

“Reported for speeding.”
