The annual event will take place at Routenburn Golf Club on Friday, July 17, with teams invited to enter now.
The event is being run as Largs Thistle’s annual memorial tournament in Derek’s name, with proceeds helping to support the club and its community work.
Anyone interested in taking part is asked to contact Hector on 07468 512166 to tee up a place in the field.
Derek, who died a few days before Christmas 2022, served as club secretary at Largs Thistle and was a familiar face at Barrfields for many years.
He was also heavily involved at Routenburn Golf Club over many years.
And both Largs Thistle and Kilbrinie Ladeside will meet for the annual Derek Scott Memorial Cup at Valefield Park, on Wednesday, July 15, for a 7.30pm kick off.
