The ever-industrious Saber Interactive is back with another haulage game, which we guess slots in alongside its Mudrunner series.
Docked, due out on the PS5 at an as-yet unannounced date, looks a little bit different to its other efforts, though.

You’ll assume the role of a longshoreman, tasked with managing the daily operations of your father’s dock after a devastating hurricane. You’ll be responsible for safely loading and unloading cargo, expanding your operations, and repairing crucial equipment.
The stakes get even higher than that, though: when urgent medical supplies are required, it’ll be your responsible to ensure they reach their destination undamaged. These are just some of the things you’ll be responsible for – it’s literal life and death stuff, and you’re at the helm.
The press release explains:
“Vehicle precision and management skills are vital to your rebuilding and expansion efforts. Sign new contracts to build up your resources, then make high-priority cargo runs to fulfil your commitments. When the wear and tear starts to drag your equipment down, execute repairs under strict deadlines to continue your work. In Docked, every task is a critical piece of the puzzle in your day-to-day life from one end of the dock to another.”
You’ll be able to go hands-on with all the machinery yourself, so you’ll be personally overseeing every part of the business. As you expand and grow, new equipment will be added to your arsenal, making loading cargo that little bit more efficient. But can you save the family business when the weather worsens or you’re faced with difficult decisions?
Games like this are obviously an acquired taste, but the likes of SnowRunner and RoadCraft delicately balance tycoon gameplay with true industrial challenge. We’ll definitely be keeping an eye on this one and awaiting a release date.
