Patients were asked how easy it was to contact their GP practice by phone, and the results show clear differences across the area.
Stovell House Surgery, Selsdon Park Medical Practice and Queenhill Medical Practice were rated the best for phone access.
Woodcote Medical, Keston Medical Practice and County Park Practice were rated the worst for phone access.
While these three surgeries were rated lowest for phone contact, the survey also asked about other things like overall experience, helpfulness of reception staff, getting an appointment and seeing a GP. Some of the lower-ranked surgeries did well in those areas.
This list looks only at how easy patients found it to contact their surgery by phone.

All GP surgeries in Croydon are managed by the South West London Integrated Care Board (ICB), which oversees the planning and commissioning of healthcare services across the borough.
The ICB is responsible for maintaining quality, consistency, and ongoing improvements in local practices, including patient access and front-facing services like reception.
