On Saturday morning the body of a man was found near to Trimley St Martin.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said that the death is being treated as unexplained but there are currently not believe to be any suspicious circumstances.
It is not being treated as suspicious.
Although formal identification has not yet happened the family of missing 80-year-old Alan Wilson have been informed.
A file will be prepared for the coroner.
