Following the conclusion of Super League Round 19, a number of clubs have suffered injury blows, including Leeds Rhinos and St Helens
Starting on Thursday night, Bradford Bulls welcomed Wakefield Trinity to Odsal, but couldn’t come up with the goods as Trinity took a scrappy 26-12 win.
To make matters worse, Kurt Haggerty’s side suffered a number of blows, with the big one being Eribe Doro, who is out for the season with two calf tears.
Fellow forward Loghan Lewis also missed the game, after the rib issue that kept him out in recent weeks flared up once again. Dan Russell passed a HIA in the game, but went to hospital due to an eye issue.
Backs Waqa Blake and Guy Armitage are also concerns with knee and abductor issues respectively.
Opponents Wakefield could be sweating on the fitness of Matty Storton, who left the field in the first half after a big contact, and didn’t return.
St Helens’ injury list continued to grow, with PNG international Nene MacDonald missing the game with a knee issue. Opponents Catalans suffered a blow with Ugo Tison failing a HIA.

Hull KR and Hull FC both had players fail HIAs, with Robins youngster Noah Booth and FC forward Yusuf Aydin failing concussion assessments.
Leeds Rhinos had two big blows, with hooker Danny Levi needing to be stretchered off after a 10-minute stoppage. The incident occured in the 33rd minute of the game, with boss Brad Arthur revealing post-match that he was conscious and had been sent for scans as a precaution.
Chris Hankinson also left the field for a HIA, which he subsequently failed. He will be another miss for the Rhinos next week, who will also be without Ash Handley, Ryan Hall and Keenan Palasia.
