The incident happened at Leckford Golf Course in Stockbridge on January 26 last year, when a golfer suffered a heart attack shortly after playing a shot.
Two other golfers there at the time, John Allen from Brentwood and Andrew Hart from Eastleigh, rushed to help.
Mr Allen began CPR while Mr Hart ran to the clubhouse to get a defibrillator.
When Mr Hart returned, he took over chest compressions while Mr Allen used the defibrillator to deliver a shock.

An air ambulance arrived shortly after and landed on the course.
The paramedics shocked the man again, administered drugs, and flew him to hospital, where he went on to survive the ordeal.
Both men have now been awarded Royal Humane Society Resuscitation Certificates for their actions.
Andrew Chapman, secretary of the Royal Humane Society, said: “If they had not acted as they did and as swiftly as they did, their friend would probably not have survived.
“They did a wonderful job in difficult conditions and richly deserve the awards they are to receive.”
The incident occurred during a memorial golf day for Mr Allen’s father, who had died of Covid two years earlier on the same date.
