The wildest event in the boxing-adjacent universe skipped a turn on the quarterly schedule, but returns for the first time in 175 days tonight from Johnson City, Tennessee with Redneck Brawl 10: Hillbilly Showdown!

The show is available as a streaming pay-per-view at RedneckBrawl.tv for $22.99, and starts at 8:00 pm ET. You can watch on a conventional TV through Roku, Apple TV, and FireTV.

If you’re new to the whole Redneck Brawl scene? There are 25+ fights (tonight’s show has a scheduled 31) between amateurs of varying ability, no headgear, three one-minute rounds per fight for those with the cardio and stamina to last that long. Winners get $500 and a champion’s crown, losers get nothing but bruises and a fun story about the time they fought on Pay-Per-View. You can check out our recaps of Brawl #8 and Brawl #9 to get an idea of what this event is all about. Suffice it to say, this is my favorite live coverage event we do at Bad Left Hook, and nothing else comes remotely close.

Tonight, the main attraction is a Twin vs Twin double feature, with Redneck Brawl favorite Lil’ Smokey taking on newcomer Lil’ Terry, while Smokey’s twin Lil’ Fire faces Lil’ Terry’s twin Lil’ Larry. Which Lil’ Lookalikes will stand triumphant? Also, Brawl regular Georgia Outlaw appears in the chief support, while deeper on the card is a fight between “The Husband” and the ”Baby Daddy,” with their wife/child’s mother, respectively, at ringside. There’s a combined 13’7” of height in the fight between Indiana Lumberjack and Scarecrow, plus the returns of Brawl veterans Sasquatch and Playboy.

New on the show are “One-Tooth Hillbilly,” a woman nicknamed “Wirecutters,” “Vanilla Gorilla,” plus “Girthquake,” who takes on undefeated showman/oft-defeated brawler Macho Man. Also new on the broadcast is “Goose,” a.k.a. Craig Clark, taking over on live commentary while Catfish Cooley takes a pause from the entertainment industry.
