Many fans called for Chelsea to introduce experience into the club’s ranks and it seems the hierarchy at Stamford Bridge have been listening.
In the summer where the Blues moved for Granit Xhaka, they are now in talks to sign both Danny Welbeck from Brighton and Jordan Henderson from Brentford.
So, is pursuing the pair – Welbeck is 35 and Henderson 36 – a wise move or are the Blues going from one extreme to another? Is there a better balance to be struck? Or do you think these older heads will offer plenty?
