Argentina host New Zealand in the first round of The Rugby Championship in South America. Scott Robertson’s Kiwi side are hoping to reclaim their title after South Africa won the tournament last year.

Los Pumas have a great recent record over New Zealand, beating them in Wellington last year in an historic victory. It is the first time in Cordoba for the first time since 1976, and some of their star players were filmed earlier this week lifting a car over a parking block.

Legendary fly-half Beauden Barrett starts at fly-half for his country and is facing Argentina for the 21st time in his career – more than any other All Blacks player.

Will Jordan is starting at full-back and his prolific try scoring at Test level is particularly good against Los Pumas, crossing the whitewash seven times in as many games against the South Americans.

Argentina have been boosted by the return of some of their premier players based in Europe. Top 14 stars such as Santiago Chocobares, Bautista Delguy, Marcos Kremer and Juan Cruz Mallia have come back into the squad after being rested in July.

Here’s everything you need to know about the match.
