A star-studded Thursday afternoon continues with Charley Hull, Hannah Green and Brooke Henderson out at 1.26pm.
Hull will be aiming to go one better, having come so close to claiming her maiden major when she finished T2 at Royal Porthcawl 12 months ago. Hull, Green and Henderson’s second round – starting at 8.42am on Friday – will also be available to watch in exclusive early window coverage.
Other eye-catching groups include major winners Hyo Joo Kim, Minjee Lee and Mao Saigo out at 8.20am on Thursday, and Ruoning Yin, Nasa Hataoka and Jennifer Kupcho, who get their opening rounds under way at 1.04pm.
Georgia Hall – the 2018 AIG Women’s Open Champion at Royal Lytham and St Annes – is playing with fellow AIG WO Champion Hinako Shibuno and 2026 Women’s Amateur Champion Valentine Delon at 12.42pm.
Meanwhile, the world’s top-ranked amateur Kiara Romero is among the earlier starters on Friday, teeing it up with Sweden’s Linn Grant and Jinyoung Ko at 7.58am.
