10/12 and rank 2nd out of 23, 02:30 as the time and so currently 1st in the leaderboard – overall great quiz as usual, love to see these monthly ones continuing (along with the occasional additional ones like last month with the N64 one in occasion of its 30th anniversary)!

The LEGO questions always get me, I don’t care for LEGO sets so I never read those articles

I got 10/12; missed the questions about Game Boy NSO and Fitness Boxing.

Somehow I scored 11/12, after getting the first one wrong. I guessed more than half of them and got lucky.

I meant to select Galaxy Court but the screen scrolled on its own (I’m on my phone) and I accidentally selected Forest Court. Other than that, I missed the Lego, Fitness Boxing and European Switch 1 discontinuation questions.

Fitness Boxing robbed me of a perfect score

Managed to get 11/12 somehow, only got the Fitness Boxing one wrong. Seems I absorb more info from NL than I thought!

probably the only time i’ll get to be on top, until someone gets a perfect score. it was the lego question that messed me up, if you’re curious.

Not knowing a single thing about Splatoon or Pokemon never helps in these quizzes

I don’t understand why they stop selling Switch 1. The price of Switch 2 makes it a premium product which is something many people can’t afford. I think there should be a cheaper system in the market.

7 out of 12. Not bad considering all I really knew was splatoon and rhythm heaven stuff 🤣

@Cia It’s because Nintendo don’t want to have to start manufacturing Switch 1s with replaceable parts in the European market, which they will soon start doing with Switch 2s due to new EU rulings. I suppose that Nintendo believe that the cost of producing these new units will outweigh the income from sales of Switch 1s in Europe at this point in its life cycle, so I guess that’s why they’re ending its production prematurely.

I’ve never done so badly on one of these quizzes before. I just washed out of university

I made it to the middle category, mostly thanks to my unerring memory of when Pokemon GO was released. I remember that year well. The game’s release was such a big deal that a stranger joined our conversation about it in a restaurant

11/12 screwed up on the splatfest question

I thought there was going to be an article about when they’re actually going to stop selling them, not just in Europe. You got me twice with this. This time and the original article. haha

I COMPLETELY misread this headline as “Nintendo is ending Nintendo Switch (eShop game) Sales,” as in putting games on sale at a discount.

Not much actually news this month.
