Ozzfest to return in 2027, at least to the UK

Sharon Osbourne has again discussed plans to revive Ozzfest in 2027.

Speaking with the U.K.’s Metal Hammer, Osbourne said the festival is currently planned to launch at Villa Park in Birmingham, UK, the same venue that hosted Ozzy Osbourne’s final performance, Back To The Beginning, on July 5th, 2025.

“It’s going to be at Villa Park again,” she said, adding that the possibility of a second night in Birmingham will depend on fan demand.

Osbourne remained quiet on potential performers, though she confirmed discussions are underway. Earlier this year, she said the plan was to stage two days at Villa Park before bringing Ozzfest back to North America for a separate two-day event.

The latest statement regarding the event seems to contradict previous messaging, in March of this year it was stated the event would return to both the UK and U.S..
