It looks to be a big chart week for homegrown British talent, as Welsh electronic brother duo Overmono could see Pure Devotion become their highest-charting album to date (4). This comes off the back of their incredible headline show at London’s Old Royal Naval College last Friday, celebrating the album’s release.
Kylie fever is well and truly high. The Aussie superstar could see four of her previous records re-entering the Top 40 following vinyl releases. These come in the form of 2007’s X (7), 2000’s Light Years (17), former chart-topper Aphrodite (20) and 2014’s Kiss Me Once (31).
New kids on the block Keyside, made up of four lads from Liverpool, may find their eponymous debut making a Top 40 appearance (11).
US singer-songwriter ROLE MODEL, aka Tucker Harrington Pillsbury, could attain a maiden Top 40 accolade with Chuck Timely & The Hourglass (12). Similarly, London band Man/Women/Chainsaw are steamrolling towards their first chart entry with Cannonball (16).
Ethel Cain’s 2022 LP Preacher’s Daughter is ready to make its mark once more after the project was reissued on CD (18), as German post-hardcore cohort Electric Callboy and TANZNEID is looking to shake up surroundings (22).
Elsewhere, Sleep Token could find the instrumental version of their Number 1 record Even In Arcadia piercing the main standings, with the rock-heads celebrating their tenth anniversary (33), as K-pop wonder boys Stray Kids are hoping THIS & THAT secures the group a third Top 40 (34).
