Matt Vigurs of Droitwich Golf Club made the remarkable 411-yard, par-4 at Great Barr Golf Club. The shot is estimated to have greater odds of finding the hole than 6 million to one.
The shot could also be the longest ever made in England, according to governing body England Golf.
The Worcestershire first team player, who has a +1 handicap, has been in excellent form since returning to golf in February after living abroad for eight years.
He already had three aces to his name, then added another during the Droitwich Club Championships – a 6-iron from 191 yards on the par-3 15th – and went on to win the 36-hole stroke play event in a play-off.
He claimed the Worcestershire County Championship at Blackwell in June.

Mr Vigurs said: “It’s been a good year really, especially considering I didn’t really pick up a club for eight years when I was living abroad.”
The 32-year-old explained how the shot came about.
He said: “I played a little cut off the oak tree.
“We all hit good drives and we found three of them down there.
“Then we were looking for mine.”

After checking the usual spots, including left of the fairway and behind the green, Mr Vigurs decided to check the hole itself.
He said: “At that point I looked a bit silly, so I thought I might as well check the hole – and there it was, nestled in the bottom.
“I had to take two or three looks. I couldn’t believe it.”
The adrenaline rush from the shot made it difficult for Mr Vigurs to concentrate on the next hole, but he went on to win his match.
His club, Droitwich, also won the league on the same day, securing promotion.
Mr Vigurs, who works as a product and training manager at McLaren, hopes to commemorate the achievement with a flag from Great Barr Golf Club.
He said: “I’m trying to get in touch with Great Barr so they can give me a flag – I want to get it framed.
“They were talking about putting a plaque on the hole as well, which would be nice.”

Despite the remarkable achievement, Mr Vigurs has no plans to rest on his laurels and hopes to win more silverware in the future.
England Golf Championships director James Crampton said: “We hear of holes-in-one all the time, but a 411-yard one – it’s the stuff of golfers’ dreams.
“It sounds like Matt is in the purple patch of his golfing life – and you have to enjoy these moments.
“At odds of 6 million to one for an albatross, the fact his was from such a distance has to be even greater.”
Peter Vickerman – a fishmonger from Kent – previously claimed he had set the record for Britain’s longest-ever hole-in-one, after hitting a 408-yard par four in 2014.
