Super League referee appointments as Leeds Rhinos v Leigh Leopards officials confirmed

Round 23 of Super League starts with a triple header on Thursday night with the standout game being Leeds Rhinos against Leigh Leopards, a match that will be officiated by Chris Kendall.

Kendall is one of the premier officials in Super League and he will be supported by video referee Marcus Griffiths for Thursday night’s clash at Headingley.

Also that evening, Hull KR host Catalans Dragons with Liam Rush set to take charge as Aaron Moore supports as the video official. Warrington Wolves welcome York Knights that same night with Tom Grant in charge as Cameron Worsley serves as the video referee.

Onto Friday and there is just one game as Castleford Tigers travel to take on Hull FC with the visitors still expecting not to have Ryan Carr in the dugout for that one. James Vella will take charge with Liam Rush the video referee.

Saturday’s standout game sees Wakefield Trinity host St Helens as Daryl Powell’s side look to respond to last week’s devastating defeat, whilst Saints know that another defeat would almost certainly end their very slim play-off hopes. Aaron Moore officiates with Tom Grant the video referee.

Saturday evening’s other games see Wigan travel to Bradford and Huddersfield seek a fourth consecutive win when they head over to Toulouse. Marcus Griffiths officiates at Odsal, whilst Ryan Cox takes charge of just his third Super League game when Toulouse and Huddersfield face off.

That duo will be supported by James Vella and Jack Smith.
