The Iris Care Group has acquired Elysium Cymru Ltd, which operates The Grove and Kensington Place in Newport.
The move will further strengthen Iris Care Group’s supported living provision for adults with complex needs.

Established in 2008, Elysium Cymru Ltd delivers specialist supported living and residential care.
The acquisition brings Iris Care Group’s portfolio to 63 services, including specialist hospitals, residential care, nursing services, and a special educational needs college.
The group said the deal reflects its sustained operational growth and ongoing commitment to high standards of care and quality.
Iris Care Group said it remains focused on improving specialist care across the UK through further acquisitions and the development of new services in the community.
